HI, Everyone! I’m Parker Jane Brissette, the Owner and Head Chef of Jane Dough

Welcome to me:

i grew up in love with sweets! i practically lived off little debbie cakes and hard candy. I dabbled in baking growing up, but as my family can attest, i had more baking fails than successes. It was a surprise to them all when i started pumping out beautiful and delicious cakes!

after watching hours of cake decorating videos on my explore page on instgram, i decided to give it my best shot. The first cake i ever seriously decorated was a geode! Who goes that hard their first time?? Apparently me! a few cakes in, i realized i was pretty damn good. (toot toot)

JANE DOUGH WAS ESTABLISHED AS A HOBBY JUST A FEW SHORT YEARS AGO IN 2016. SEEING THE JOY AND EXCITEMENT CAKE BROUGHT, NOT ONLY FROM THE FIRST SIGHT, BUT THE FIRST BITE, INSPIRED ME TO MAKE IT A FULL TIME JOB. I GRADUATED FROM THE INTERNATIONAL CULINARY CENTER IN NEW YORK CITY IN 2019 WHERE I TOOK MY SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL, REFINED MY TECHNIQUES, AND BUILT MY NETWORK. THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE JOURNEY I FOUND THAT IT WAS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR ME TO CHOOSE A LIFE THAT BROUGHT ME THE MOST JOY AND THUS, JANE DOUGH WAS BORN.
