Jane Dough is a San Antonio based cakery that specializes in bespoke cake design and specialty cookies.

Jane Dough offers custom, traditional, and novelty cakes for any special occasion as well as cookies, cupcakes, and macarons. It is the mission of Jane Dough to spread JOY in every moment of the day and we encourage all clients to find their JOY and choose it everyday, as well.

Jane Dough was established as a hobby just a few short years ago in 2016. Seeing the JOY and excitement cake brought, not only from the first sight, but the first bite, inspired me to make it a full time job. I graduated from The International Culinary Center in New York City in 2019 where I took my skills to the next level, refined my techniques, and built my network. Throughout this whole journey I found that it was extremely important for me to choose a life that brought me the most JOY and thus, Jane Dough was born.
